Body#

The library turns public documents (PDF and Word files) into web pages. You can read them on any phone or computer, without downloading anything.

Finding a document#

  1. Start from the library, which lists every document.
  2. Narrow it down by topic: each document lists its topics, and each topic shows everything tagged with it.
  3. Open a document to read it in your browser.

Reading a document#

Each document starts with a short summary, then a list of its sections. Select a section to jump straight to it.

  • Headings follow the original document, so the order is the same as the printed version.
  • Links in the text go to the original sources.
  • Related documents are listed at the end.

Sharing a section#

Every section has its own web address. To send someone the exact part they need, open the section from the list at the top, then copy the address from your browser.

Downloading the original#

Most documents have a Download original link, for when you need the file exactly as it was published.
